Home buying consultation.

During this meeting we will talk about your current home, what pains you are having, and what you are looking for to give you the life you have been dreaming of.

  1. We will go over what you are looking for in your next home. Is it to be closer to work? A specific school district? A forever neighborhood?

  2. Once we have a clear idea of what you are looking for we will begin your home search. We will go over listings as they come on the market, tour homes that could be a fit, and narrow down our home search to find the right home.

  3. Once we find that right home, we will work together to put in a competitive offer that will be accepted based on the current market.

  4. Transition-If we are working together with the sale of your current home, we will work together to make the transition from your current to your next home seamless.

Home selling consultation.

We will meet together and talk about how your current home no longer fits your current lifestyle. 

  1. We will go over what you have loved about the home why it no longer fits your needs.

  2. We will talk about what you envision moving forward in your next home. That may include moving out of the area completely.

  3. We will go over current market conditions, comparable sales, and detailed marketing plan to sell your home at the best price. This may include going over what it would look like if there were upgrades, changes made to achieve the best price possible.

  4. Under contract- Once under contract I will work directly with the buyers and all parties that are apart of the real estate transaction. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders.

  5. Close. While it can be bittersweet, it will be an exciting time to move to the next phase of your life.
