It is tiresome. There are many realtors out there, but there aren't enough "experts". You may be a growing family that is looking to transition to that forever home or an empty nester who no longer needs all that space!

I listen and take action based on your personal life goals.

First, I want to seek to understand what is going on in your life. There are many contributing factors that may be going on in your life that has gotten you this point. If you are a growing family, I know exactly what you're going through. I have two small children and I knew the importance of having permanent roots, the right school, and how the neighborhood would shape who they are. That being said I have worked with many clients over the years who are going through the opposite. They have raised their families, made memories, but now are looking to make new ones. The reasons may be different, but the need for an experienced expert that can navigate the transition remains the same.

My Story.

I grew up locally here in Montgomery County. As a kid, life wasn't always easy. There was a time in my life where I didn't have a home to call my own. I knew I'd rather not be a victim of my hard times and circumstances and I would make it a point to give back. I enlisted in the Army Reserve at the end of high school to help pay for my education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. I worked in finance and helped run a nonprofit that helped Veterans obtain VA benefits.

Wanting to get "out of the conference room" I decided to move into real estate. I began helping financial planning clients and friends with their real estate needs and it turned out that I really loved it! I enjoyed how relationship centric real estate is. It's allowed me to bond with people in a way financial planning didn't.

I became addicted to the impact I could have on a person's life by telling them "you got the house!" or "we are under contract!". Everyone is so grateful that it never feels like work.

Real estate allows me to be with my family more than ever. Chances are you are going to see Kinley when I drop off a sign or hear my son in the background while on a call. I hope they see my desire to help others and impacts them to want to do the same.

  • I told my wife Sarah I loved her after 2 weeks of dating.

  • I have been attacked by a shark (and won't go in the ocean anymore).

  • I lived and worked in Seattle for a few years before deciding to move back to the East coast in 2006.

  • I love coffee.

  • I’m super competitive in everything, especially board games.

    I grew up and lived in Montgomery County, Maryland most of my life and then relocated to Delaware eight years ago after my company acquired a property there.

    My career spans many industries where I worked as a Sales Assistant, Sales Manager and Design Center Manager for a new home builder. I transitioned to the Hospitality industry as the Head Concierge for a conference center and then worked as Corporate Meeting and Event Planning Manager in the financial industry.

    Many people have told me that I have the gift of gab when I am interacting with them and others. I do enjoy meeting new people everywhere I go. Whether it is chatting in line at the grocery store or getting a group of people together for a happy hour being around people is energizing to me.

    Some fun things about me, I lived on a sailboat for a year in Florida. I backpacked several weeks through Europe. I love my Starbucks coffee! I am a planner at heart and enjoy planning parties and events.
